Customers are advised to review the confirmation for accuracy and contact the travel agency immediately if any discrepancies are found.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation deadline:
Customers can cancel their booking within a specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Customer is liable for any transaction charges associated with the refund process.

Non-refundable components: Some travel arrangements, such as non-refundable flights or non-refundable hotel reservations, may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancelation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the passenger tour. However, we will not do so unless we are forced to do so by virtue of unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, civil or political unrest or “force majeure”.
We will tell you about any small changes before departure. If we think a necessary change is important, we will tell you about it as soon as we can and give you the opportunity to either accept the change or cancel and accept a full refund.

The travel agency may outline its liability limitations and disclaimers regarding unforeseen events, third-party services, or force majeure situations.
Passports and Visas :
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid visa* for the destination you are travelling to where required. We will provide you with support paperwork and also advise you on the visa process but you must be aware that visa regulations change constantly and differ between Embassies in different countries.
Our advice should only be taken as a guide and you should ensure you are aware of all the up to date requirements from your government state advice and the nearest Embassy of the country you are visiting.
Force majeure:
Force majeure is any event or circumstances which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.
Such events may include but are not limited to war, riot, civil strife, natural disaster, adverse weather or road conditions, fire, cancellations ,changes in schedules and all similar events outside our control.
Local laws:
Customers are required to follow local laws and regulations at all times.
In the result of a breach of local law, we will not be held in any way responsible and the customer will take responsibility for any consequences, financial or otherwise, that arise from their actions.
Customers are required to follow the guidance and our company rules of at all times.
Acceptance of risk :
Clients are only accepted on the understanding that they fully accept, appreciate and understand the possible risks of a tour and that they agree to take these risks under their own free will.
